Send us an e-mail (mihaela@ellaorganics.ca) with your name, address, and items with quantities you wish to purchase. We will then e-mail you a final price with shipping.  If satisfied then an invoice will be e-mailed to you through paypal, and once payment is complete items will be shipped.

*Additional duties and or fees are at customers expense. 

Your order will be processed within 1-3 days of receiving payment with the exception of out of stock items. With out of stock items we will contact you as soon as possible. All regular orders will be shipped on the next business day.     

Shipping - Shipping will take 7-10 business days depending on location.  We ship with FedEx ground.  Additional shipping charges may apply if faster delivery is requested.

Order Changes or Cancelations - If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped it can not be canceled. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when an order has been processed and shipped.

Returns - We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase,  if you are not happy with a product please contact us.  All products have a 30 day return or exchange policy; in order for products to be returned they must be in new condition with original tags and receipt. A return form will be e-mailed to you, which must be shipped with item(s) and receipt; return to address indicated at the top of the form. For returns a refund will be issued including tax,  all shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We will cover shipping charges if address provided is incorrect or incomplete and package was refused or returned to sender.

Payments - We use Paypal as payment method.  Very quick, easy and very secure.

Privacy - We DO NOT sell or share your information. All information is used solely for contacting you with regards to your order, and updates on new products or events. We do not collect or keep any banking or credit card information.
